The Department of Botany, Jamal Mohamed College (Autonomous), Trichy – 620 020. Organized a One day Hands on Training program on Bonsai Methods to Cultivate Plants under the DBT Star College scheme on 19/11/2022. The resource person Mrs. R. Bhuvaneshwari B.A., B.Ed., Bodhi Bonsai Nursery Garden, Old Palpannai, Tiruchirappalli – 620 010, trained our UG Botany students. Through these hands on training program, students inculcated knowledge on identification and selection of nursery plants to the art of Bonsai.
