Assistant Professor

Dr.  F. Wahidha Begum has joined in Jamal Institute of Management, Trichy on 1st July 2017as an Assistant Professor and she is specialized in Human Resource Management. She got her Under - graduation degree in Commerce from Seethalakshmi Ramaswami College, affiliated to Bharathidasan University, Trichy in the year 1997. She obtained her Post-graduation degree in Management Studies from Bharathidasan University, Trichy in the year 2008. She completed her M.Phil, in Management from Jamal Institute of Management, affiliated to Bharathidasan University, Trichy in the year 2010. She obtained MHRM degree in 2016 from Bharathidasan University, and also obtained her Ph.D. in Management in the year 2017. She worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce in Jamal Mohamed College Trichy, in the year 2010 to 2017. She has 13 years of research experience in Commerce and Management studies. She has guided for more than 50 candidates. Her area of interest is Human Resource Management. She has presented more than 25 papers and published 22 articles in various National and International seminars. She has attended 18 seminars, 15 workshops and 5 Faculty development programmes.  She acted as an Organizing secretary for an International seminar in the year 2015 organized by PG Department of Commerce (SF), Jamal Mohamed College Trichy.
