Dr. V. Sumathi, M.B.A., M.Phil., Ph.D.,SET., is an accomplished academician and researcher with 14 years of teaching experience in the field of Management Studies. She is Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Jamal Institute of Management, Jamal Mohamed College(Autonomous), Trichy. Her area of expertise includes Human Resource Management, with a keen focus on Work-Life Balance, Stress Management, and Organizational Behaviour. She has published paper in various national and international journals. She has also participated and presented papers in various national and international conferences. Her Contributions to academia have been recognized with the Best Teacher Award in 2025. She continues to contribute to academic excellence and professional development.
