Associate Professor

Dr.A.S.Thoufiq Nishath is an Associate professor in Marketing and Retail Management Jamal Institution of Management Trichy. He got his Undergraduate degree in Commerce from Jamal Mohamed College, affiliated to Bharathidasan University, Trichy in 2007. He obtained his Post Graduate degree in Management studies Jamal Mohamed College, affiliated to Bharathidasan University; Trichy in 2009. He has about 2 years of teaching experience. Before joining the academics, he acted as Assistant Floor Manager in Spencers Hyper market, Trichy. He is pursuing PhD in the area of Management on title of "Technolgy based Service Quality in Banking Sector" in PG and Research Department of Management. He published four paper in National Conference. He also presented five papers in National Conferences. Besides he attends one workshop and participated in various seminars. He is an active member and coordinator for JIM placement cell. He is also in charge of Tiecoons Mega Event. He is an co-ordinator of Centre for Retail Excellence. His area of interest in Marketing Management, service quality, Retail management, supply chain management and Brand Management. He has interest in Research Data Analysis and works with Statistical Software like SPSS.
