The department of Business Administration of Jamal Mohamed College with the financial support from Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) organised A Two Day Conference on Students Intelligence Development and Management on 12th& 13th of August 2022 in the Hall Jamal Mohamed College campus. Dr. S. Ismail Mohideen, Principal inaugurated and presided over the function. He motivated the students on how to develop themselves academically in the present scenario. The conference was held with four parallel sessions. Dr. Michael David Premkumar, Head, Department of MBA, Bishop Heber College, Trichy, Dr. R. Hariharan, Head, Department of Business Management, Christ Deemed University, Bangalore, Dr. P. Devamaidhan, Professor, Department of Business Management, Madras University – Distant Education and Dr. N. Saravanan, Associate Professor, Department of Commerce, UDC, Trichy chaired the sessions and felicitated the gathering.
In the evening, the Valediction of the conference was held and Dr. F.R. Alexander Praveen Durai, Head, Department of Commerce, St. Joseph’s College, Trichy gave a Valedictory Address on “ Strategies for Academic Excellence”. More than 43 Research Articles were submitted by students and faculties from various institutions. Totally 430 participants were present. Dr. A.K. Khaja Nazeemudeen, D.Litt., (USA), Secretary and Correspondent, Hajee. M.J. Jamal Mohamed Sahib, Treasurer, Dr. K. Abdus Samad, Assistant Secretary, Dr. K. N. Abdul Khader Nihal, Honourable Director and Member, Dr. K.N. Mohamed Fazil and Ms. Hajira Fathima Directors, Vice- Principal, Additional Vice-Principal were present and felicitated the gathering.
