PG and Research Department of Social Work,  organized in View of Teachers Day Celebration, Inauguration Jamal Social Work Association (JSWA) and Inauguration of Certificate Course on Human Psychology with Special Lecture Programme on “Psychosocial Index of Gen - Z” on 8^th September 2022 at Bio-Tech Hall. The programme was started with a prayer and Dr.D.KUMAR, Co-Ordinator, PG Department of Social work welcomed the gathering and Dr.S.Rajeswari, Asst.Prof. of Social Work, introduced the Chief Guest Dr. J.O. JERYDA GNANAJANE ELJO Associate professor, Department of Social Work, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli to the gathering. Hajee Dr. S. ISMAIL MOHIDEEN, Principal, Jamal Mohamed College presided over the programme and stressed upon the role and effective participation of social work young Generation in the social service.   Janab. Dr.A.K.KHAJA NAZEEMUDEEN, Secretary and Correspondent, Jamal Mohamed College felicitated the gathering and highlighted that “Young Generation of social work students” is the agents for addressing the psychosocial issues to the publics. The Chief Guest Dr. J.O. JERYDA GNANAJANE ELJO in her Special Address appreciated staff members and students for their efforts to development of the department. She focused that psychosocial index of Gen-Z and in this way they should be honest, creative, helping and proactive in all the areas and at all times Mr.M.Rajalingam, Asst.Prof. of Social Work Proposed the vote of thanks and the programme came to an end with National Anthem.
